This year, we at Zephyr Workshop are thankful for all of you, helping make this game a reality. It’s still quite bizarre to look at a stack of sealed AEGIS boxes – like, just the ability to look at them is super weird. “We made that, huh.” is the sentiment. These are only a thing because of you guys.
EU / AUS Shipping!
This is finally a thing! For EU territories, we’ll be using Spiral Galaxy for shipping. This took a while to hammer out, as our original plans fell through- awesomely enough, Greater Than Games had an EU person that they already worked with. So look forward to your games over yonder soon.
Meanwhile in Australia/New Zealand, those boxes are arriving/have arrived and fulfillment begins next week! That’ll be handled through Aetherworks.
Hopefully that all goes well.
VIP Shipping
We’ve fulfilled a handful of VIP orders, which are being shipped separately because of the various extra things involved in them. I was also planning on shipping them with the physical scenario book, which is not yet ready for a few reasons. If you haven’t gotten your game yet and want it delivered ASAP, and get the book later, let me know and I can definitely make that happen.
Customer Service
Not-quite-unexpectedly-but-still-surprisingly, we’ve been inundated with emails from people with all manner of issues to be solved, from dented boxes in transit to extra sleeves. I never knew so many of you read these updates until last time, when I offered extra sleeves! We’ve managed to get through and ship all of that. Campaign Book
All Deluxe backers and above are getting the Scenario Book in some shape or form. Or at least you will, when it’s ready. It’s been set back a few times, and had to be revised a few times due to size changes and page count requirements from different publishers. But it is indeed coming along. As the only one putting it together, it keeps getting pushed around by other responsibilities that pop up.
I think you’ll all be pretty happy with it though. Lots of lessons learned.
