ONWARD TO THE RESULTS!

Epicimpulse vs CAnon

Leaders Epic and CAnon faced off to see who will reign supreme! The game starts with both teams moving towards the middle of the board. Epic strategically positions Diane, with the rest of the team protecting her. Diane proceeded to harass CAnon’s team for the rest of Game 1. CAnon used the ENDER and IDA to attack and restrain the ARM-777 while the GEL-100 attacked Epic’s clumped up ENDER-100 and AROZ-100. Epic then used the SNO-400 to pierce through CAnon’s ENDER and IDA, but the AROZ was caught in the cross fire. Epic finished off the turn by combining into the ENDER-1000 and blitzing behind enemy lines. CAnon used Jurlon and the team to destroy the GHILI. Epic moved the ENDER-1000 in to finish off the GEL-100. CAnon tried to use Jurlon and IDA to stop Epic’s team, but Epic pinched Jurlon with Diane and ENDER. Jurlon falls and game one goes to Epic!

Game 2:

Epic immediately combines into the AROZ-3000 using the AROZ, IDA, and SNO. CAnon used Jurlon’s Nakama system to combine from 2 spaces away with the ENDER into the ENDER-1000, so it can blitz behind enemy lines to kill the AROZ! Sadly, CAnon was one space short and had to change tactics. Epic’s AROZ took out CAnon’s SSM-124 but then kept missing shot after shot, allowed CAnon’s team to close the gap, but Diane more then pulled her weight dealing 3 to 4 damage an attack! Robots attack, back and forth, when the dust cleared, Diane stands triumphant! Epic wins!

Epic and CAnon played a game 3 for fun, check it out in this YouTube video!

TD260 vs Cybermage

It’s canon, Gamound always repels Etwal! Cyber’s Etwal couldn’t stop the might of TD260’s Gamound SWAGGERING HEAD RAM. Resulting in the EXCEL-GAN getting pushed off the board twice. The play of the game: Cyber threaten all of TD260’s team by strategically positioning the ESHA-100. TD260 had previously combined into the SSM-3000 and the robot had to target the GAN due to the Beacon ability. Undeterred, TD260 ran the AROZ-400 next to the ESHA, hit is with a beam arrow and then used the SSM-3000 Swaggering head ram, pushing his own robot into the ESHA destroying the ESHA with collision damage!

Gojirazard vs 123jrf

Game 1 was a close match! 123jrf won with strategic positioning and excellent dice rolls! Game 2 was reversed! Goji rolled excellently and strategically placed his robots!  On to Game 3! Goji did the patented maneuver of combine into large robots™ and smash face. Sadly this didn’t work the best this time around and jrf avoided destruction. 123jrf wins!

Brifox vs Texaport

Game 1: Texaport went first, using his ELL to flank Brifox’s team from the left, the SSM went straight, and all other bots went right. Brifox countered by sending the ARK and ESPER straight for the ELL, and destroyed it. Brifox continued the assault by draining Texaport’s team of energy and picking off robots. Brifox won the round!

Game 2: Texaport divided his team down the middle and right of the board. Texaport’s IZZI and GHILI attacked in a pincer formation, gunning for Kal. Brifox, fearing for Kal’s life, hid the ESPER behind the single piece of terrain, waiting for the right moment. Texaport advanced his ARK and Brifox countered with his own! But Brifox whiffed his melee attack, and one by one his robots died.

Game 3: Brifox changed tactics and swapped the ESPER for his ENDER, counter playing the two aimed bots on Texaport’s team. Too bad that the ENDER whiffed the first attack and got annihilated by Texaport’s ENDER. But as disheartening as this was it was not the end! With careful positioning of his GHILI and SEN he kept kept Texaport back and used his ION to drain the teams’. Brifox was being driven into a corner, his GHILI and SEN both not doing quite enough damage to kill anything, Brifox was down to his GHILI and ION while Texaport’s team was full. Thankfully the ION did work, and both teams’ energy levels were on par. Both of Brifox’s robots had 1 integrity left. 1 more turn and the match was a loss. But Brifox took his ION around the central terrain in view of Texaport’s ENDER, and landed the final points of Energy Damage, that’s game! Brifox wins!

That’s it for this round, how will everything wrap up? Will Epic continue his championship run? Is Diane an awesome level 1? WILL IXA APPEAR IN A TOURNAMENT? Find out next time!
